Intelligent Alerts
Alerts should utilize historical data to determine if an alert should be triggered or not. If there is deviation from the normal count, ratio, etc then the alert should fire.

Ability to share alerts public
Now with DEV OPS move squads may create their own alerts, having an ability to make it public will enable visibility for other teams to view if the alert already exist or not and

Centralized Alerts
Alerts should be administered through a centralized point. Currently alerts are only viewable by the person whom created it or if they share it with other users. Org Admins should have the visibility to see all alerts and be able to modify them.
