[Bug] New WCA Experience - "Show in ribbon" is not persistent

FTP user accounts don't have to login through the UI every 90 days
Accounts setup for only accessing ftp shouldn't be required to login through the UI every 90 days. In the same way that an API call counts as a login so should an ftp connection to that user.0
