Automated messages sometimes needs to be paused and to be resumed.
For example, a user may want to pause an Automated message during the holiday season and to resume it later. With the current implementation of WCA, a user cancel the Automated message once and re-create it after the "lull", but it is very troublesome and such redundant operation would become a source of mis-operations.
