Hi guys,
From the Reports > Reports (classic) > Multiple Mailings I can select a period of time and view the total # of emails sent, but I want to check the # of emails sent to unique customers.
Is that possible through a different report or a query? If so, please explain the steps so we can use in the future.
A Unique Customer is counted as once contacted for that time frame but not counted again.
For example, customer "x" has received 3 emails for a set time frame and instead of counting the total emails sent as 3, to count the emails sent to unique customers as 1.
