Lightning mode has been around for quite some time now, fully support the elements that are not yet compatible (send to WCA button on campaigns, person accounts and resolve template tab issue). Update the look and feel of integration components in line with lightning, modern look and feel and with current IBM branding, update Silverpop Engage logo and any other references to prior product naming.
