For every email sent to a single email campaign, we want the ability to add multiple CC and BCC email addresses. After clicking REVIEW AND SEND, step 2 is “Add Settings” and first section is “Address Setting” where you review FROM NAME, FROM ADDRESS, and REPLY-TO ADDRESS. In this section it would make sense to be able to add CC ADDRESS and BCC ADDRESS. Ideally it would be great if we are able to add multiple email address for each section separated by any delimiter (separated by commas, semi-colons, or pips). Furthermore, we would want the ability to INSERT PERSONALIZATION to add email fields from each recipients' email fields from the related database. This request is coming from the executives both companies Royal Caribbean and Celebrity. They like to be added on special announcements and programs.
