We would love to be able to see the history of program changes over time. We have often run into issues where emails didn't deploy, but the program setup has since changed and we're not able to see what might have changed that would affect a specific send. Would also like to have a place to document notes that will allow us to indicate why the change was made.
How will this idea be used?
As we are more of an agency model and we are looking to review older programs and understand how they were set up and how they might have changed over time. This will allow us to understand why a program was built in a specific way and why changes might have been made in the past. |
