Today the only control to display in-app messages is the number of time it will be displayed for app users. It will be interested to allow more granular control over it considering date and time.
How will this idea be used?
It's really hard to send an offer for customers with low app usage. If an offer was specific for a day or two, an app user with low usage can see an outdated offer. Allowing Acoustic Campaign users define a date and time to define when an in-app offer message should be displayed avoid app users with low usage see outdated communication. |

Good afternoon Eber,
Thank you for submitting this idea!
In-app mobile app messages can be scheduled for a specific day and time in the Acoustic Campaign UI. Additionally, you can also control how many times an in-app message is displayed in the mobile app when you use certain templates. Do you mean sending the in-app message with send time optimization? If you can please help me better understand how you expect this feature to work.
In-app and inbox mobile app messages all require expiration dates to control how long the messages should displayed for. This will help prevent old messages with outdated promotions from appearing.
Thank you,
