We have accidentally sent some inbox messages to incorrect target customers. In our particular case this was affecting only customers with iOS devices (fortunately).
We would appreciate a way to undo/retract sent inbox messages (either within Acoustic Campaign or with help of your support)

For scheduled inbox messages, there is an "Unschedule" button on the Messages and Templates page, under the Scheduled Tab. Have you already tried using this feature to stop incorrect messages from being sent?
Unfortunately after an inbox message send is already in flight, it cannot be stopped.
Please note, inbox messages also require an expiration date in order to control how long the messages should appear inside the mobile app.
