Campaign reports do not currently include to SMTP status codes and description of the hard bounce events.
Unfortunately the only way to retrieve the information, is to perform a support request (aka a long, manual, process).
How will this idea be used?
The SMTP status code would make it possible to process hard bounces correctly and enable clients to update their own systems, in order to follow up on them (especially in a B2B environment). |
