At the moment, when schedule a mailing with email template size > 50MB via web service call, the connection will be dropped after 5 minutes and it will fail with connection error. Email health check mostly checking the incorrect syntax and mandatory items but not size. In addition, user unable to see the exact size of email template from Acoustic system.
It's would be better if could include template size in email health check as well.
How will this idea be used?
As a user build the email template and may not know the exact size of the template. The schedule mailing failed with connection error. Unfortunately we always need to contact support team to check more details related to the template. |
