Not all users from Acoustic Campaign should be able to acess Contact Insights, so it's interesting to have a user permission to allow (or not) who can access Contact Insights and see messages sent to contacts/leads/customers.
How will this idea be used?
Customers are using Acoustic Campaign API to send transactional SMS and Push messages. Some of these messages must not be accessible by marketing users (in some cases, the email either). |
