Backup mailings reports for FCI sends
Due to unforeseen issues, Exchange or Performance Insights may experience issues or an error, and it will be helpful during these instances that FCI mailings have another avenue to see reports (like classic reporting for other mailings).

How will this idea be used?
A mailing is sent by FCI and our exchange account experienced an issue that day which limited the events being sent. We can go to this backup or contact the support team to look at the backup to see the metrics and allow us to see them to get the report for this mailing. |
