Export Social Audience Metrics
When viewing Social Audience Campaigns, I want to be able to take the data in there to use outside of Campaign for further analysis and cost break down. We seem to have all the data sitting within the tool as per the screenshots but there's no way for me to download.

How will this idea be used?
I want to be able to export from Social Audiences the Campaign metrics and reporting into an external centralized BI tool. The data within SA is great but I need it outside of Acoustic Campaign and can't. Ideally, this would be by SFTP OR API (I'd like the choice) but either way, I need to have the option of making it automated. It's frustrating that I can export data regarding email SMS etc but not Social. |
