When looking at Contact Insights, it shows if a customer is in a current program. But it does not list if they were previously in programs and which programs if they are not currently active in a program. This would be helpful to see if someone has gone through welcome, abandon, etc programs.

Hi Mandy, thanks for the idea! Have you tried using a query and the Has been in a program criteria? could include email criteria as well to narrow results.
