Hello Mike, thank you for your reply. This will be based on user. ideally it should be controlled at user level. If admin want to encrypt certain fields with in database for few users. he can select that user and select the masking field. In some cases if organization want to mask field for admin also. Admin can choose check box for himself and mask those fields.

If these fields should only be masked for certain users, should some admin users see the email and phone values while other admins would not? This will help give us a sense of whether the masking should occur at an organization level, role level (admin users versus standard user), or a user-specific permission setting. Thank you!
