Include Standalone Join and delay modules and ability to throttle sends by # per hour

How will this idea be used?

I want to be able to include delays and Joins without them being attached to other modules within the builder. For example, i might do a decision split and send contacts down multiple paths, and i want to join them back into a single stream after an event, such as a website visit or form completion

    There are a few things here to unpack.

    Assuming this is referring to Programs vs journey designer (which is deprecated)

    We have redirect to allow contacts to join another path/merge

    We do have delays, however if the ask is for lower wait intervals, please vote on the existing idea for wait delay enhancements CAMPAIGN-I-18

    We do not support throttling in programs since contacts flow thru based on behaviors, use of STO, routing to multiple paths can help break up sends.

    Assuming you are referring to the Program builder, You can use our redirect step to send contacts from various points in a program to join a single path.
