Many clients have requested the use of the Raw Recipient Data Export to synchronize event data between Acoustic and their data warehouse. Unfortunately, there are many db systems that are not compatible with double quotes representing NULL values, just like how Acoustic will treat double quotes during file ingestion as "BAD DATA". There should be an option to remove the double quotes from the RRDE.
