I was having a very hard time finding the link to the support portal. I was finally told today by a tech person that I should click on "connect to us" button after clicking in the top right of Acoustic Campaign. Clicking on "Connect to us" is a not intuitive at all. And it has the typical Chat icon/graphic before those words "Connect to us" so I thought it was for chatting and never clicked on it on my own before beign told. Using a clear "Visit the support portal" would have been alot clearer. I also think that you should have an article in Help section that says how to access the support portal since there's not one there now.
How will this idea be used?
Users can't find support portal. Make the support portal easier to find (say "support portal" and also put link in more than one place. |
