In light of the current changes user requires the "Send rights" permission to send test mails. This is not practical and presents a huge burden for organizations with users who shall not have permission to send out production emails.

I would love to see the permission therefor split into two separate permissions, e.g. "Send Rights - Test Sends" and "Send Rights - Production Sends".
