Redirect HTTP to HTTPS for custom link tracking

Currently, custom link tracking domains (i.e. links.e.[client domain].com) are accessible over HTTP and HTTPS. Current best practices of security recommend automatically upgrading/redirecting HTTP to HTTPS.
