I understand that the List Unsubscribe function is mandatory.
but , some users may want to hide them.

Because I manage opt-out with another CRM tool, I do not want to opt-out at WCA.

However, since it think difficult to eliminate this function from WCA, I want you to be able to display / hide on the user side.
