To enable file encryption feature while importing PII data into DB through SFTP.

Need to enable file encryption feature while importing PII data into DB through SFTP. The customer data file uploaded to sftp should be encrypted, zip + password protected file for import/update recurring job to pick up. Customer data should be protected.

How will this idea be used?

This idea will be used to protect the customer PII data.

Example : A recurring job is created to import/update the database and is configured to pick up the import file from sftp coupled with the user who created the job. The file formats allowed are txt/csv/psv . The file is obtained from 3rd party with PII information of customers and is placed on sftp. Currently there is no feature to allow for uploaded files to be encrypted or password protected.
