We need the ability to use CRT data in our trigger/entry criteria to programs. The inability to do this has limited our ability to deliver on projects requested from our product stakeholders. We can deliver a much more targeted message to a more targeted audience if we had this capability. We would like to use CRT data in programs queries, subject lines, dynamic content, SMS, Content blocks, Insights, etc.
How will this idea be used?
We would use it to generate messages to nurture our leads through their specific journey to apply to one of our degrees. We would use it right now in multiple areas if it was available - programs queries, subject lines, dynamic content, SMS, Content blocks, Insights, etc |
