Link customer e-mail or login to his/her Campaign data

Now, when chatting with your helpdesk, I'm always asked my "Organization name" and Pod as they are marked in my Acoustic profile. I always have to look up my Organization name, as I don't use it every day.

As I already have to fill in my name, company and e-mail, the Helpdesk software should present the Orgname and Pod to your operator, thus saving time.
