Enable replying to support e-mails

Now, when responding to support e-mails, one has to open a browser tab, go to the support page, login and follow some more links before being able to answer.

Please enable replying by e-mail. Technically, it shouldn't be to great a problem to capture the reply and send it to the right line in your helpdesk system.

    Yes, it is really needed. And also Acoustic must support attached files and images (screen captures) in response.

    It will save us a lo of time
