Enable link tracking on VML objects so that we can create objects (such as buttons with rounded corners) in Outlook. This would allow us to use conditional HTML for Outlook when creating bullet proof buttons. See code at http://emailbtn.net (http://emailbtn.net/)

Right now the links work, but don't track or get integration strings added.
