In Org settings it is possible to set a global frequency cap of X messages in Y days. Being able to query against this to specifically target customers who have not yet reached that cap would be a great improvement.
How will this idea be used?
Sometimes additional content is available to be sent to contacts. It would be a great benefit to specifically be able to target customers who have now hit the cap limit. |
