We need to pull Raw Recipient data via API for certain Programs. We have a list of specific Program ID's but the system won't let us return just that list. This functionality exists on the Campaign (one-time send email) side. You can pull data based on a specific list of Campaign/Mailing ID's.

The work around is to pull all Programs and sort through the list in Excel, which is cumbersome and time consuming.
