Sometimes, customers can complain about a topic which is related with mailings that are sent to this customer. Thus, we want to see all e-mails that are sent to a specific e-mail address. We are using Acoustic with Unica. So, if there are different DBs, Acoustic cannot show all e-mails that are sent to a specific e-mail address. I think, this feature should be implemented to Acoustic Campaign. I can search on all e-mails by filtering e-mail addresses. Thanks.

Thus, we want to see all e-mails that are sent to a specific e-mail address to inspect when the problem was occurred (for example, language preferences of customer was changed to another language etc.) |
