Currently we can add and remove contacts from specific acoustic campaign contact lists, the replace function does not sync or automatically calculates the delta within exchange, as mentioned by support this only works for groups that are completely different from job to job.

We would like to see a 4th (auto delta) option where exchange is being used to keep track of what is in the acoustic contact list and what was sent to Facebook, and calculates the delta on it's own. Right now we have to do this with add/remove lists calculated in a third party system.
