In the new Message Composer there is no way to 'organize' templates into folders. Yes, we use tags and specific names but we manage over 100 different clients and at times will need to create unique templates. Would be a nice to keep things clean and organized.
How will this idea be used?
We have over 100 different clients we manage + our own company brand. It would be great to create folders so we can organize templates a bit better. We've done what we can to make 'generic' templates and use keywords and tagging but that only helps so much |
