Add anchor tags or "bookmarks" to Beta Composer
Add the ability to use Anchor Tags to the Beta Composer - referred to as "Bookmarks" in the old Content Builder. This allows recipients of longer emails to go directly to the info that is pertinent.
The ability is almost there, but the Beta Composer checks the href for a URL and does not accept the hashtag/anchor name.
