Export lead to Google sheets
We use a lot the "Export lead" and "Contact sales" to send our lists to other people inside the organization, that don't know how to use acoustic.
The export lead and Contact sales take time to export, sometimes takes 5 minutes to export the file. It would be nice to load this info automatically to a google sheet link.

How will this idea be used?
We got costumer in different status, sometime, after sending all the communications, we need to call them. For that, we sent a list via e-mail for our Contact center. They need to open the email, access the link, type de password, extract and after that can finally see the sheet. It takes more than 30 minutes/day to this, 'cause we have at least 5 files per day. With google sheets it would make it so much faster. |
