New API: SendTestMailing

It would be great to have the ability somehow to send a test mailing via API. This could be a new API or an enhancement to the SendMailing API by just adding a new parameter.

How will this idea be used?

Our mailings are currently built outside of Acoustic and test mailings cannot be sent unless the user logs into Acoustic for that sole purpose. It would be preferable if there was an API we could weave into the process for this task.
