Delete scheduled Mailings via APIs

Using APIs, once you have created a Mailing or scheduled a Mailing, it is not possible to delete it.

It would be great to have a new interface such as <DeleteMailing>

    It will be great to do an update of the scheduled Mailing too (for exemple, change the scheduled date)
