Add ability to set a mailing preheader in the mailing settings

Add the ability for clients to set a mailing preheader in the mailing settings as many clients don't like jumping into source code to do this and updating can easily be missed if copied from a prior template. Specifically hidden preheader rather than text which is the first line of the email.
