Use External Content in Autoresponder Mails

The external content feature should also be available for autoresponder mails. This would be the most obvious use case for external content since the ability to change for example footer information on the fly with mails integrated into a webshop api would optimize workflows!

    Would be great to enable this feature in Programs as well. Currently, it is only supported in Automated Message Groups .
