At the moment there is no API call that would allow us to extract lists of users/contacts who have received campaigns during certain periods of time.
Also, it would be useful to import a list of contacts and to extract the campaigns that were sent to them and that the have received in a given time frame.
We are able to manually extract these lists only one by one, by checking every single campaign.

It would help if these options would be available in one API call or directly in the platform
How will this idea be used?
As a gaming company it is very helpful for us to be able to extract data whenever requested by the regulator, for audits , reports etc. As can be seen in Case 00354002, we needed to extract this data in the last 12 months (as requested by the UKGC) and several Acoustic and I-Services teams involved to extract part of the data. After that, manual work was still needed in order to filter everything and get the expected result. |
