When using the Lead Alert CRM task functionality, there is nowhere in IBM WCA we can check the tasks are actually generating, we rely on the integration and if there are any problems on this process, it is impossible to identify. We would like Lead Alerts to register in IBM WCA for a minimum period of time to be able to validate the process scheduled is working appropiately.
