Track History for Audiences in Performance Insights

Audiences are regularly refreshed so there is no easy way to compare the performance of contacts who are in the audience at the current time with contacts who were in the audience in the past. For example, as soon as the audience is refreshed you lose all contacts who were in the audience last month but not in the audience this month. So when running a report for the time period of last month and this month it would only contain contacts currently in the audience.

How will this idea be used?

Adding an option to include contacts who were in the audience in the past would allow you to compare the performance of an audience today with a past time period.

    I think that the big issue here is than the audiences are saved into the FTP user, FTP cleans all directories every 14 days, so there is no possible to get a comparison report.

    Acoustic should save the audiences for more time or saved in another place.
