Need proactive capability to notify the ccustomer and partner of overuse of usage entitlement for marketing interactions.
Either:
Provide a workflow notifiaction within Acoustic Campaign to alert the user or administrator of overuse or impending overuse. Ideally able to configure the notification threshold vlaus (e.g. 80, 85, 90% of entitlement)
OR
Acoustic to notify the partner and customer in real-time that they are about to i.e. at at say 90% or have exceeded their entitlement.
