Allow two head tags (for Yahoo)
Yahoo! Mail app for Android removes the first head tag and therefore all styles in the head.
By adding an empty head tag (<head></head>) we can prevent it from stripping out our styles.
But Acoustic then removes the correct head tag and moves the meta tag in the body so everything is messed up.

It would be usefull if Acoustic could leave an empty head tag if it finds one.
