Add timeframe criteria for Universal Behavior (Interact with SMS) in Program Settings

We can set timeframe criteria for Universal Behavior (Interact with SMS) in query but not Program Settings. However, queries which are based on universal behaviors can not be used as contact source in Program Settings. And timeframe criteria is not available in Universal Behavior in Program Settings.

How will this idea be used?

If we can get this timeframe criteria added, this allows us to set contact source more accurate.
E.g. we're looking to set a program and alert upon customers' reply on the day. So as long as customer replies with timeframe 'today's date', we trigger the program and alert.
This allows timely and accurate alerts and minimise the chances of errors.
