Contact Insight: About transition from lead alert email.
Check "Add Contact Insight to mailing body" on the lead alert settings screen, and click "Contact Insight URL" in the email that received this alert. If there is a login history in Acoustic Campaign, we will open the Top page of the Acoustic Campaign.
It seems that we need to clear our login history to Acoustic Campaign (clear my browser cache) or open it in a Incognito Window to click "Contact Insight URL" in the email that received this alert.
Furthermore, if we follow the steps above to open the Contact Insight page, the UI of the page will be the "Silverpop Engage" , not the Contact Insight page as seen from a normal Acoustic Campaign.
So, Like the "Send report" link in Performance Insights, I would like to see it improved so that it can be displayed directly on the page by clicking the lead alert mail's link in Contact Insight regardless of the account retention of Acoustic Campaign.
