Currently, test messages count toward the frequency cap if the org setting is enabled. This makes testing and reviewing messages extremely difficult for the marketer and likey prevent them from receiving production sends of marketing messages.
How will this idea be used?
We need to be able to control how many messages our customers receive in a given time frame to ensure they are not being overloaded with messages causing them to unsubscribe. Enabling the frequency cap setting would make testing and updating edits in markering messages nearly impossible. |
