Currently, we have very limited data available to view from sent mailings (i.e. who did an email go to, who opened an email, who clicked on an email, etc.).
Having this data is crucial when needing to confirm if automated messages are sending to the correct audience, or when needing to confirm sent mailings to imported reports.
My suggestion is to to make a clickable feature that will allow you to view and export this data from Acoustic at anytime, without having to submit a ticket for a technical support specialist pull this information from the backend. This feature already exists for soft and hard bounces in the deliverability report.
How will this idea be used?
Having this data is crucial when needing to confirm if automated or one-time messages are sending to the correct audience, or when needing to confirm sent mailings in large quantities. Having to individually look into each records contact insights isn't always the most efficient method. |
