Add support for new Content-Types for Apple Watch (text/watch-html) and Gmail AMP support (text/x-amp-html).

As some users would not want to deal with these types, make them option on a per email template basis. Same as with TEXT type, when the TEXT body is empty the system only sends the HTML version.
