Color and Margin editing for Bullets and Numbers

In the current message composer you cannot change the colors of the BULLETS or NUMBERS List or the MARGIN associated with the indentation for these features. This needs to be editable.

We use bullet and number lists all the time and the creative teams want to change their colors and the pre-set margin
