Allow the ability to send to an attached seed list once when a program is first turned on
We would like to be able to send to our seed list from a program and have it set up to just send once instead of having to set up a query for an ad hoc send to the seed list outside of the program.

How will this idea be used?
When we first set up a program, the seed list will enter the program with everyone else and go through the steps as if they are a real customer but just once and then exit the program. |
